Welcoming two new physicians!
Andreas Otto Reiff, MD is an associate professor of pediatrics at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, Keck School of Medicine, and head of the Division of Rheumatology at Childrens Hospital in Los Angeles. He is also the director of the Pediatric Rheumatology Program at Miller Children’s Hospital in Long Beach, California.
Dr. Reiff’s primary research interests include pediatric autoimmune diseases; studying biologic immune modifiers; developing new immunosuppressive agents; and examining the potential of stem cell transplantation.
Katy Setoodeh, MD is affiliated with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where her focus is on providing excellent patient care, clinical trials, and teaching. In 2009, she joined the practice of Lupus LA’s founder, Daniel Wallace, MD.
After receiving her MD from UC Irvine, she did her internal medicine residency at Olive-View/UCLA and rheumatology fellowship training at USC. Her research has included studies in lupus as well as rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, fibromyalgia, and Sjogren’s syndrome.
